Q: Do you have a physical Store? 

A: Not Yet! But we'll keep you posted on that. For now you can shop online and have it delivered to you or if you're feeling adventurous and in the neighborhood you can do Curbside Pick up. 

Q: Which currency are your prices in?

A: All of our prices are in $ Canadian.

Q: Where are my items shipped from?


A: A teeny little quiet town in Ontario called Athens. 

Q: Which carriers do you ship through?

A: Orders destined in Canada are shipped via Canada Post with a tracking number provided. Orders being delivered to a PO Box will be shipped via Canada Post.

Q: I would like to have my item Customized. Is this possible?

A: We can have items customized. The application method will be discussed prior to completion. If you wish to have this done please make a note with your order before checkout. This is done by clicking on the note to seller (after adding credit card info, right before checkout). If you miss putting the in the note please send us an email to christina@auroraacres.ca 

This can take some time. We will get it out quickly but this may add up to 7 business days to your orders shipping time.  

Q: I ordered a few days ago but do not have a confirmation email. Why?

A: Please email or call us to notify us of the oversight and we will be sure to fix this right away. 

Q: The item I want is sold out. When will it be available? 


A: We try to keep all items in stock at all times, however, sometimes our product is late. Some items are labelled as 'discontinued'. This means we will not be getting in more. We will be bringing in new items to replace it soon. If you would like to inquire about an item please fill out the "Contact Us" form and we will reply to your inquiry as quickly as possible.
